Refund Policy

At Sapthagiri Rest House Tirumala, we strive to provide a seamless and comfortable booking experience. We understand that plans may change, and we have outlined our refund policy below to ensure transparency and fairness.

1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in: 100% refund (excluding transaction fees, if any).
  • Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before check-in: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in: No refund.

2. No-Show & Early Check-Out

Guests who do not check in on the reservation date or leave before their booked stay ends are not eligible for a refund.

3. Booking Modifications

Changes to booking dates are subject to availability.

Modifications must be requested at least 3 days before check-in.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Transaction charges, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Exceptional Cases

Refunds due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.) will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
